We used Setfords for our property purchase and the deals was done successfully. One thing I am disappointed is, while we were committed all charges are confirmed at the beginning, we were later on charged additionally for GBP200 for a declaration for right of way in the final statement which we are not been informed anytime before. I consulted others which the right of way declaration is quite obvious for my case and should be included in the overall conveyance fee

We simply had to commend the outstanding service received from Shazmin Hirjani at Setfords. Our house selling and buying process was difficult and drawn out (across almost 9 months due to others in the chain) - it was incredibly stressful but we were so lucky to have Shazmin holding it all together. She was knowledgable, proactive, communicative and reachable, and we felt she really cared for us and our process. We had some abortive costs (again a result of others errors), and those were really reasonable given the work done. Furthermore she worked far beyond the norm, but honoured our original and reasonable quote. We got there in the end and she strongly contributed to that. We won’t hesitate to contact her again next time we need a solicitor - big thanks Shazmin and Setfords!

Must be the 5 th time have used these guys as they are on the panel my lender recommends. Once you have your mortgage offer you can run your watch by them. Simple things like answer emails and call you back almost instantly and if it's all of a unknown to it all will guide you through in lamens term what you have to do
