Getting the bunk bed with stairs finally persuaded my almost four year old goddaughter to vacate her parents’ bed as she was “queen of the castle” on the top bunk! The quality and storage are amazing!

In life, you buy things, things you keep, some need returning, in this case, the bed I bought wasn't right, but because it got assembled, company would not take it back, even though I disassembled it without a scratch on it. I didn't even want a refund, I was more than happy to exchange for a different bed, but was refused. So now I am lumbered with a bed I can't use, and £305.00 out of pocket. Beware that if you buy a bed that needs assembling,you have to keep it!

I liked buying from a company based in the UK and they delivered bang on the hour when they said they would. Just all round great buying experience AND my girls love the bed & mattress and have been sleeping so well.

Ordered bed & it came within a week of ordering. Customer service was great, let us know date & approximate time of arrival. Delivery crew were friendly and took everything upstairs, were very quick doing so too. Bed itself was easy enough to put up, is good quality and our kid loves it.

We bought 'Modern Childrens Storage Bunk Bed - Beech Platinum' from Sleepland Beds, back in September 2020. They are such fantastic quality that we are now able to pass them onto someone else, as they have held up all this time and are still in great condition. On top of this, I have just contacted the company today, to ask if they could possibly email me a copy of the instructions for putting them together. Garry was amazingly helpful and managed to find them and send them straight away. After nearly 4 years, this is above and beyond after-sales service. Thank you so much for your help.
