Easy delivery, lovely bed - it looks very high quality and the wood was a nice weight. I put it together alone so it can be done by one - it looks fabulous and I shopped around this was the best price available - can’t recommend this company enough. Top value.

Really very impressed with this company. Was unsure about using a small company that I wasn't familiar with at first but so glad I did; Communication was excellent and the Jo was very friendly and efficient. The day bed I bought appears to be very well manufactured and strong, perfect for the grandchildren coming to stay. I ordered a shortie bunk bed and two mattresses from Sleepland Beds. The communication with the company was spot on. They called me to update me about delivery when they said they would and were polite and friendly. Unfortunately my area was on a 3-4 week delivery rota so they weren’t able to get the bed to me as quickly as I’d hoped. However, they were very happy to make arrangements with their selected courier whom was able to deliver the items to us within a few days. The additional delivery charge was £80 but the Sleepland Beds paid half of this charge so it only cost me £40. So for £40 I got the bed and mattresses within a few days of my order even though I’m miles away from the company’s warehouse. The bunk bed is amazing. My kids are over the moon. They love their beds and they are heavy and strong. The instructions were clearly with parts all numbered/alphabetised making assembly straightforward. Though the instructions advised two people to build the beds I had no choice but to go it alone (single mum) and assemble the bed by myself… I did it! It took me a while but after some blood, lots of sweat and umpteen checks from the kids I finally put the bed together. It likely took a couple hours altogether. The kids love their beds and have had me attach LED strip lights to them since and they look incredible. It’s so great being able to give my son a kiss goodnight without hanging off the ladder; I can easily stand next to the top bunk and cuddle my son. Overall very happy with the product, company and service. Would highly recommend!!

We bought the Cameo Platinum White Wooden Storage Bunk Bed. Delivery was very quick as we ordered in the new year. Lovely bed. The instructions could be a little clearer. Though I built this myself with help from my young daughter. I would recommend 2 adults as very heavy when built. Can not recommend this company highly enough.

I bought a Thomas bunk bed a few years ago and when we recently moved, one of the steps got a bit damaged. When I contacted Sleepland Bed's to see if or how I could get a replacement they not only offered to send me a new part, they brought it for free as they said they are in London every Saturday anyway. I am so grateful, it would have meant replacing the whole bunk bed which would be a shame as apart from my catastrophe, it's still as good as new. When we do need more beds we'll be back for sure, thank you.

Before Christmas we ordered the Cameo Deluxe Wooden Bunk Beds With Storage Stairs - Oak Finish (Bunk Bed + 2 Full Foam Cool Mattresses). Delivered when stated, brought right to the door and would have happily brought inside but me and my husband took the boxes in. Building time just 2.5 hours. All packaged lovely and the assembly script was easy to understand. All pieces and screws etc needed came complete. A very easy, quick and quality order. The bunk bed is strong and looks great. The mattresses are comfortable. My boys are so happy with their new beds. The storage in the stairs is very clever. We made a gate for the bottom of the stairs so our toddler can't go up without supervision. What I liked best about the bunk bed is the stairs can go on either side and this is clearly pointed out in the online description and the assembly guide. The price is very competitive and we also got a Christmas discount. Very happy customers. Thank you.

Bought a bunk bed for my 2 boys and cant fault the service and price of the Sleepland team. Great communication and delivered on time (actually a bit earlier than expected but got a phone call to confirm this was ok beforehand). Keep up the great work guys. I order a lovely low level bunk bed from Sleepland Beds, it arrived swiftly and was easy to put up. The delivery men also took the bed upstairs which was most helpful for my parents. I had a query with my order, and it was answered straight away, there was no waiting. The kids absolutely love the bunkbed, it is of great quality, strong and will be used for years to come. Highly recommend, great service.

The biggest nonsense I ever had! I have ordered a car bed for my child begging of August. This company managed to postpone an original delivery date twice and delivered damaged bed mid October, they did a replacement only end of November but again damaged. And after that they refused to replace. So now I have to deal with damaged bed and refund process. In my opinion they don’t care about the customer and doing business without any ethical standards. Additionally to that supplier requested to check delivered item quality unpacked in 10min, putting a lot of pressure and they are claiming that all quality of their delivery should be confirmed in 10min, otherwise they will not accept any further complaints. I have never heard that kind of nonsense that when you signed that you received the item it is also means you check all the quality as well. All suppliers in UK accept the quality checks after delivery, except of this single company! Industry standards are to check in 24 hours from delivery which was done from our side. Additionally to that delivery company was not carrying damaged bed requesting that someone else have to do this. So bear in mind you will have to hire additional people to carry their furniture, if you have difficulty to carry 2 metres long item. Additionally to that supplier spreading not reasonable and not proved comments about inappropriate customer behaviour, which says that supplier has no other relevant arguments how to deal with their irresponsible approach to their customers. If you smell not pleasant smells it doesn’t matter how they are explained, they are still not pleasant….
