Really pleased with bunk bed overall, great quality and very sturdy. I was disappointed they put a sticker that can't be removed without damaging the white coating, however I understand they are bound by strict safety guidelines and was really grateful of offer of replacement panel. Great experience overall and feel they really listen and act on customer feedback.

I purchased 1 x Thomas Grey Wooden Bunk Beds With Storage Drawers (Bed + 2 Pocket Memory Mattresses) and the quality is absolutely superb. A very well designed and sturdy bed frame which is well made and of high quality. The grey paint looks fantastic. The mattresses are absolutely superb quality and very comfortable being suitable for both kids and adults alike. The delivery service was brilliant and the driver took real care and it was no trouble bringing the boxes to the second floor of our property. He even provided some tips on which boxes to open first to speed up assembly. This company really standout at providing great products at a great price as well as superb customer service. Highly recommended.
