I have been impressed from the start. The customer service is excellent, prompt delivery and friendly service. The bed itself was packaged well, no damage to any of the items. Once the bed was assembled I was impressed with the quality and sturdiness. I saw a similar bed at Dreams, this bed was half the price with more functions. My little girl had the best night sleep and loves her big girl bed.

We approached Sleepland Beds for a quote regarding a Highsleeper Bed for our kid's bedroom. We are concerned at first as we've only seen the bed on photos and couldn't visualize how it will look like in an average size secondary bedroom. Sleepland Beds have been very polite, helpful, approachable and to the point throughout the whole process. They were keeping up updated frequently regarding our order and delivery. The delivery person arrived exactly on the time slot we were promised. He was very friendly and careful while carrying the packages in our flat. Regarding the bed, it turned out to be much better to what we have had in mind. It's made of solid wood and is sturdy and of excellent quality. Despite our original concerns of the bedroom being quite cramped, the bedroom feels much airier and spacious. Overall, the process from start to finish was exceptionally smooth and easy. The bed is amazing, of excellent quality and we couldn't be any happier, thanks to Sleeplands Beds!!

Delivery was on time, and as described, and fantastic that it was by the company itself. Once assembled, the bunk bed is very solid and feels much more substantial than the leading Swedish flat-pack furniture supplier. The only thing to watch out for is that assembly does take a long time; budget for twice the time indicated on the instructions. Thank you!
