We recently took delivery of the Paddington High Sleeper bed in grey that we purchased for my daughters 6th Birthday. She is super happy with her new bed and it has created more space in her bedroom to play underneath and store all her toys, she's added some beanbags and loves hanging out in her new den under her bed. My daughter is Severely Sight Impaired so we were keen to find a high sleeper that was also safe for her to climb up and down, the Paddington High sleeper was perfect with the staircase and handrail. She can safely get up and down in to her new bed, and the storage in the drawers is an added bonus. The whole bed feels luxurious and well made, we have had lots of compliments on it! The buying process was very easy, I ordered the bed back in January but requested delivery in April, sleepland beds were more than accommodating with this. I was able to pay in 3 installments over paypal which was also helpful. When it came to delivery the communication was great and the delivery driver friendly. We expected the bed to take us ages to build but were pleasantly surprised. The bed is good quality and many of the parts were already built, so it was just a case of building the drawers and bolting it all together. We set aside a whole day but the bed was up in 2 hours. It's a solid, quality bed and I am sure it will last for years, there is no creaking with this bed like some we viewed! The curved handrail is also a lovely feature and really gives the bed the wow factor! I would not hesitate from ordering another sleepland bed and highly recommend this high sleeper.

Sleepland Beds have been amazing. I made a mistake and ordered a white luxury triple bunk bed, instead of the single. Not their fault, all mine, they even said triple and double on all the email correspondence, and i didn’t notice. They were really nice about it and gave me a refund as soon as they got it back at their shop. My heart had sank when i saw sleepland exclusive triple on a box as the man was about to take it upstairs. i started panicking as knew it was too big for the room but he couldn’t have been nicer. They weren’t open as was about half seven in the morning, and he rang a Graham at home who was so lovely and helpful. The man said they often leave at 3am and he’s always there if any of the drivers need him, that flabbergasted me. The website said the single version is out of stock but i could pre order and pay when they arrange delivery. Its a blessing in a way as i hadn’t noticed i could do paypal monthly with them. i’ve learnt that I need to not get excited and read things properly in the future. This is my second order from Sleepland Beds, my daughter’s had the supreme mid sleeper for years but now we need bunk beds, and had to come back to this lovely company. I couldn’t recommend them more.

Easy to order, great customer service, delivery date and time booked when I wanted it and delivery person delivered the bed directly into the bedroom.

Excellent service and delivery

Great product and great service. Our order was delivered about 3 days sooner than expected (we did receive a phone call to confirm first). My 6 y/o son loves the bed which is of very high quality and sturdy. Assembly is quite a task but the instructions are very clear and easy to follow. Being able to move the stairs to either side of the bed is fantastic as it allows us some flex in where and how we position the bed around a small bedroom. Overall, great product at a very decent price and fantastic service. Highly recommended.
