From my initial contact, the customer services team were amazing answering all questions I had. Very professional & catered to all my requirements. From the order, they communicated when delivery would be & it arrived within the 1hour time slot. Amazing service. The quality of the bed is by far the best I’ve seen with no issues. The delivery guys were also professional & thorough. I asked Sleepland Beds if they had an assembly service, they didn’t have directly but they put me in touch with a brilliant man Stuart that was an independent company who covered my area & again amazing service (Essex Flat Pack). I would give them 6 start rating if I could!! Would highly recommend. Thank you for being such a transparent & easy to use company who takes pride in your service :)

Granddaughter wanted a highbed and found one she liked - on a site with terrible Trustpilot reviews! So we searched to find the nearest we could and found the same style - Paddington- (didn't order mattress), in white at Sleepland. The delivery was quicker than expected, but driver assured us we didn't need to unpack the boxes to check for any problems until construction began. Quality is brilliant - far more support strength than in similar products on other sites. So much so that I trusted the company to provide mattresses (existing one was too thick) for this and other bunk beds we already have. They turned up 2 days after ordering. Special thanks to the people on the chat line helping me to place the extra order because my computer refused to connect to order.

Delivery was good, and when made bed it is made from quality materials, I have the desk still to make but hopefully it will be as good as the rest of furniture

A fab experience from ordering to delivery. Was here in 3 days in perfect condition. It takes 2 and quite a bit of time to erect. But very sturdy and grandchildren love it. Would definitely recommend

The Bunk Beds came within a week from ordering and we are in Scotland. The girl phoned me & told me when they were arriving, the driver phoned me half an hour before he arrived. My son & husband built the beds in 2 & a half hours, instructions spot on no problems. Beds are great quality and the pocket mattresses are so comfortable, great quality my Grandchildren love them. Would highly recommend this company 👍

Bed arrived and delivered to the room of our choice as requested. Great quality and the granddaughters loved it. It would have been helpful if the box with assembly instructions was identified on the outside. The instructions told you to fit the slats when you still had to position the bed. We left them out until everything was completed except the stairs and positioned the bed where needed only to discover you had to pull the bed out to attach the stairs. A huge task considering the weight and had to take the slats out to do this. So advice is read the instructions fully before commencing. Leave the slats out until fully assembled. Don't lose any screws as you don't get any spares. Instructions said takes 2 people 2 hours to complete. It took 2 People 2 day's to complete. Ideally you would benefit from having 4 people to help position it on completion.
