Tank looked great when it came in, got it installed and went to fill it up and fuel started gushing out at the connection where the pump connects to the tank. Made a huge mess I had to rush home and find some fuel cans to dump the fuel into to get it below the level of the connection. Lost probably 2 gallons of fuel. When I took the pump off I found a rubber gasket that was installed from the factory incorrectly causing the leak. We didn’t check that connection upon installation because the pump was installed at the factory. After fixing that, it has been awesome and I could ask for a better fuel transfer system. Super convenient and better than what I expected. I’ve used very many different fuel transfer systems in the past and nothing compares to transfer flow. The only reason for 4 stars was the gasket leak, not trying to bag on transfer flow, just giving an honest review and maybe someone will see this and can fix the issue before they fill up for the first time and avoid the problem I encountered. I also ordered the locking fuel cap and I’ll tell you it’s the best security feature I’ve seen on a transfer tank, very high quality and worth the money and no way anyone could get it off without the key.

It wasn't that hard to install. I used a motorcycle jack to lift it and place it. However, a step-by-step installation video would have been great.

Any company that follows up on warranty/customer service without prompting genuinely cares about its customers and its business as dependent upon each other for success. It becomes so much easier to pay the perception of a premium; especially for premium service and product quality.
