Merchology's customer communication needs improvement
I paid for an order of a sample jacket, just to see if I wanted to order 9 more from Merchology. Here is what happened/didn't happen: I paid 172.00 for the jacket. I received an order confirmation. 3 weeks later, with no shipping confirmation yet, I reached out to ask what was happening. No reply, days later. So I reached out again. Again no acknowledgment at all. ***Finally, I received my jacket yesterday. It's the right size and style and is very good quality. Merchology really needs to communicate with customers better. I felt ghosted.
Poor customer service
Poor customer service. Ordered items from the Quick ship list (3-day turnaround). 24 days later, still only half fulfilled. No email, no update. The website is atrociously bad. No ability to edit cart quantities, claim merchperks. Off the shelf e-commerce packages are better. They need a new logistics manager, customer service manager, and web developer.
Worst customer service ever
Worst customer service ever! stay away. I ordered a sample jacket for myself and upon receipt, realised it was too big. I called them and asked if I could swap out for a smaller size which they assured me that would be possible, they just needed to confirm logistics with the supplier. After 6 weeks of them avoiding me, they abruptly just said they would not be able to help me as it was too much effort for them. Even after I offered to personally take the jacket back myself to the supplier so that they could swap it out for a smaller size. They just did not care now that they had my money. It would take no effort or cost on their part but that is how terrible they treat their customers. No care whatsoever. Absolutely worst company I have ever dealt with....stay away!

Don't Waste your Time
Beautiful clothing and great options but their customer service is horrendous. Good luck trying to get anyone on the phone for you to follow up on their questions regarding your order. Case in point, received an email from a "Customer Success Specialist" highlighting a potential issue with our logo against the color of the garment we were purchasing on 7/29/21. I called this "Customer Success Specialist" for 3 consecutive days and left voicemails asking for a call back. Crickets... Finally I reached out to a different "Customer Success Specialist" who had sent a different email about an item being out of stock hoping she could assist me or put me in touch with the original "Specialist". She informed me that those items shipped on 7/30/21, 1 day after the original notification. I explained the situation with her that I had been trying to get in touch to answer their inquiry but had not been able to get ahold of anyone. She responded that if we received these items and they did not meet our expectation to reach back out to them and they would make it right. Items did not meet our expectation so I reached out to the "Specialist" I chatted with in regards to the state of the garments. After numerous unanswered calls to her I finally got her on the line expressed our concerns and she said she would have to check with her team to see what they could do. We are now over 2 weeks down the road and Merchology just informed me will not stand by their product nor will they accept a return claiming they tried to call and email me numerous times and couldn't reach me so they approved the item internally and sent it to ship. They emailed once, and shipped the items the very next day. Needless to say I am upset and will be moving my business elsewhere.
Absolutely Horrendous Customer Service. Don't waste your time, this company is a joke.
Customer service is a joke and nobody ever answers the phones. The lead times should not be as awful as they are (6-7 weeks for a basic tumbler with only text printed). Our company has spent thousands with them from our first order, however, when we went to reorder the exact same product/art files they forced us to resubmit an inquiry for the tumbler (no option available just to place an order with them)...only to wait 3-5 business days to hear from a rep. I assumed that I could attach the screenshot I have of the horrible customer support online chat interaction (after trying to call numerous times only to get their voicemail) so I can show people just how bad it is, but they don't allow accompanying images. So I'll detail the interaction below... Me: I'd like to place an order, please. I've tried calling sales, and no one ever answers. Support: Try calling again :) we are happy to help! Me: Nobody can assist me online? Support: 1-855-214-8305 Me: So there are no online merchologists to help me reorder a past purchase with no edits or changes Me: hello? And I never received a reply. Take your $$$ elsewhere and don't waste your time with a company that doesn't care about you or your business.
Terrible Company
Terrible company. We ordered our items in May, and were guaranteed two to three week shipping. Two and a half months later, I had to reach out several times to get a response and update on my items. It turns out they never received the shirts from the supplier, and didn't bother to update or notify me. I did not receive my shirts for my event, and have yet to have received an update or guarantee of delivery. It is now three months later. Very disappointed, and will never use them again.

I ordered an intial 200 screened masks for my business. It took weeks and many calls to get my order. Then it was time to reorder. Thought I would try again. BIG MISTAKE. The 2nd time was worst then the 1st. I finally received my order 6 weeks late and it wanst even my mask!!!
STAY AWAY!
STAY AWAY! I should have followed my gut after reading so many bad reviews on this Merchology. However, I was lured and enticed by their custom Under Armour gear. It ended up costing me dearly. I ordered 1 MONTH in advanced before my grand opening. I decided to follow up 3 days prior to my opening and they told me that my product was not even in production yet! Their reason... a miscommunication between two departments! I inquired as to why I was not provided with any communication up to the date. No updates and no notifications of a delayed delivery. Nothing. Their response... I'm sorry. So on grand opening day, wearing plain t-shirts was what dealing with this company cost me. Their pricing is also extremely high. Save some money and support a business that knows how to communicate amongst each other but more importantly to it's customers!

We ordered a jacket with the company logo for our Intern this year. The process from start to finish was flawless. After placing the order I received numerous emails with links to review the proofs before production began. The Intern loved his jacket and I enjoyed how easy Merchology made it for me to place, pay and track my order. I would recommend them.
