Bad aftersales service

The first lot of merch I got from these guys was great. The second order took forever to arrive and was wrong in every way possible. I contacted them 2 weeks ago, describing the problem ago and have still not had any proposals on how they are going to resolve it. Now it's too late for me to give to my crew so I've had to order alternative merch from elsewhere. I wouldn't mind if they were cheap, but this is top dollar merch. Appaling service
