Jodie was very polite and extremely helpful. Answered all my questions and was able to stay calm and collected throughout the conversation.

I called up today to check on my car finance claims, as not heard anything back. I was able to express my frustration and ask lots of questions and as the call went on, I felt really reassured that they were going to get on and do as was being promised. Nimat was brilliant and very calming to speak to, with her very good understanding and manner over the phone. I told her I was annoyed that my car regs hadn’t been applied properly even though provided them previously, and she was calming and knowledgeable on what would happen next. I discussed everything I needed to ask and there was never any moment I felt she was just a voice- she was a nice human who wanted to help and actually did just that. The moment the call ended I started seeing the emails come across as she had promised! I’m so super impressed and also received a personal email confirming the registrations and details of all policy claims. She mentioned everything we discussed and covered off where it would be dealt with by the lenders, and all whilst allowing me to speak and talk with her about it all. It was actually very refreshing to have someone who properly represented the company and reassured me that I’m not just a number with monies due back, but that it all matters and will be dealt with by them. I asked for her name as I felt compelled to thank her for the time and calming nature she spent with me today and really appreciated the opportunity to leave this conversation knowing I was not going to have to call back again. Nimat was utterly brilliant and I did not doubt her ability or confidence in the information she provided and trusted her with what I was saying. I have to call many people in service centres many times over, and this has definitely been a very positive one and I’m very grateful. Thanks again Nimat. 5 ⭐
