This company copies your signature into other documents

This company promises to check whether you are owed pcp compensation within 60 seconds - but they dont. What they actually do is cut and paste your signature into an agreement instructing them to act on your behalf. This must be illegal. I will be reporting them to the advertising standards authority and the solicitors regulation authority. Interesting how many people share my poor experience of this company - just filter the one star reviews. And that all the positive reviews break trustpilots code of conduct by naming individuals - almost as if they are written by the company themselves. Even though I contacted this company immediately via phone and email informing them to delete my details, they then sent me another Email stating they were progressing my claim. KEEP CLEAR OF THESE SCAMMERS.

Keeping in touch with clients is important rather than blanket copy and paste emails that so many organisations use as this tells you nothing and only serves to reassure you that you are not being looked after at all by an individual so risk being missed by an automated service.
