Item arrived faulty, tried to contact Rottner UK by phone multiple times, there is an automated answer message playing in German language, nobody actually ever answered this published phone numbers, send e-mail to sales team, they've asked for a video of the fault, video was send few days ago, still awaiting for a reply and resolution, which is not ideal when we've relied on using this key safety system as soon as it'll be delivered. Not a good experience unfortunately.

After a small delivery misunderstanding due to my location the service was first class and speedy.Monika was very helpful and a great help. Rottner Gun Box Gunmaster XL Biometric Lock Black Was my order and I am well pleased with it, I just needed somewhere to secure documents and data backup, the only small issue is that width wise I’d just that few mm small for an A4 sheet

25-9-24 I would like to add an update to my review below. When I did get to speak to someone via the telephone number, the issue with delivery was clarified to be a DPD issue, and my order was resent out next day delivery. So everything was resolved satisfactorily in the end. I have moved my star rating to 4 stars. Previous review below. It's now 13 days since I placed my order. On my account it is shown as order completed. I have had no delivery. I raised a ticket after 9 days, but no one ha contacted me. I have had no updates. My experience with your company has been very poor.
