Ordered a mailbox and it was unsuitable which was my fault. Customer service was first class. Arranged a collection and helped with the choice of a replacement. This is due to arrive today👏👏

we ordered this thinking it would be here the following day. they emailed us to say that unfortunately it was out of stock in this country but we could have it delivered from Germany and did we still want to go ahead with the order, We accepted and the order came within 3 days.
