I placed a tiny order for next day delivery. The order was despatched but didn't arrive the next day. Fix&Fast customer service were on it as soon as I advised them. Fortunately my goods arrived the following day. Fix&Fast offered to refund the postage but that didn't seem fair given that it was Royal Mail's failing not theirs. To me this is the sign of a great company, it's when something goes wrong and it is dealt with rapidly and with courtesy that makes them stand out. Customer service was brilliant as was the product.
