Outstanding service, very professional. I erroneously made a mistake in thinking that this supplier had not despatched my complete order and complained. I dealt with Greg who was courteous, apologetic and assured me that he would sort out and despatch the missing items immediately. They arrived the next morning. I realised that the mistake was mine so contacted Greg and apologised. Cannot praise this company higher.
