Screen is better quality then the original one.

Goods arrived ahead of time. New screen fitted in minutes and laptop up and running again.

Ordered a replacement screen from this supplier and unfortunately the item arrived damaged. Despite fairly positive communications with Customer Service, a refund was refused (no offer of a replacement item, which is all I wanted) but bizarrely offered a £10 discount voucher of my next order... Not sure if they grasp the theory behind 'returning customers'? I won't be buying anything else from them and have initiated a Paypal dispute. (If that doesn't prompt a resolution, or a refund, I will claim on my Credit Card) Overall, not the experience I expected or deserved.

Having broken my original gloss screen I found this company online and ordered a matt replacement due to frequently using the laptop outside. It arrived quickly and well packaged and is working better for my needs than the original as the matt finish doesn't reflect like a mirror.
