I needed a new screen for my Samsung as mine was damaged. A genuine replacement was ordered and arrived within a week (when ordered on a bank holiday weekend). Excellent screen, easy to follow fitting instructions and a lot cheaper than having to buy a new laptop. I must admit I was initially quite sceptical, but the screen is great. I chose a matte finish and it's perfect. If the need arises I will definitely use these guys again.

Was a bit sceptic when saw their prices as I thought that I might be ending up with some bad quality screen, but nothing like that!!!!! I was able to select between glossy and matte screen and I got 3 years warranty. The new screen is actually better than the one, which come out of the laptop. :-) I've been offered some discount if I could post a video how the screen was replaced. Our first deal worth 5 star so far :-)

Received my new screen upgrade and was devastated when I found out I needed also to change the cable. They told me they will extend return for additional 30 days if I want to pursuit upgrade and look for cable and also change it for lower resolution if I don't find one. Lucky for me I found the cable. They are awesome.

The laptop screen and the tools that I ordered came quickly, were packaged very well so that the screen would not be damaged, and when I fit the screen into my laptop it worked flawlessly.
