Ordered Wednesday afternoon paying extra for next day delivery (missed the 3pm deadline so would be 2 days.. fine) Thursday evening i get an email saying they don't have it in stock and considering this email was at 9:31pm I'm assuming it wasn't going to arrive by today anyway! Have been given a full refund and apology but now have to find the screen elsewhere and explain why the laptop wont be fixed by the weekend as promised.. wonderful!

It was simple to order the right screen, and it arrived promptly. There were a couple of moments when I thought I was mad, but me, my 13 year old son, and my tech-phobic husband made a grand job of fixing our broken laptop. It is now as good as new! I am very glad I found this website , thanks for making it so straightforward.
