I initially received the wrong screen in spite of this, because I clicked on a choice offered on the part number search result. But the returns procedure worked fine. And then I received, beautifully packed again, exactly the correct screen which is fitted and working. Thanks for that great service.

Very pleased with my product. Found it fairly easily ti find on site by just typing the model number. Product came swiftly and on time, and then the web-site installation video guided me to install it on my own, fantastic.

A quick Google of screen prices led me to laptopscreen.co.uk My original plan was to see how much a screen would cost, as I expected to pay £50 to a repair service for labour, plus cost of parts (probably ending over £100). Not only was I able to buy the right screen but this company showed me how to install it myself, saving me a lot of money and time while writing my dissertation. Without this service I would be lost. It's a service I hopefully won't need to use agai, but should that occur then I have no reservations to return. They also give discount to existing customers so at least if the unthinkable happens again, it won't cost me any more the second time. All in all a fab service.

I bought a screen from these guys the 29th of December and got told it should be here about the 4th of January... Now it is the 13th and I haven't actually received it yet.. Bad service..
