Screeb is scratched what can i do i need my laptop daily

I contacted them on Friday lunchtime, had a chat with one of their agents and had the screen in my hand by 12pm on Saturday. Very good service!

Super fast delivery and over the Christmas period. Screen very easy to fit (with the aid of a YouTube video). Great value. Laptop now working perfectly again.

I had a very new model laptop with a screen which needed replacement, yet wasn't listed on their website. I contacted them on Live Chat, and they were brilliant - sent some photos of the old screen, and they carefully checked everything, and provided links to suitable replacement parts. I ordered, and the new screen arrives precisely on time, very promptly, and with excellent packaging. Couldn't wish for better service - will definitely use them again!

Bought a screen from them, upon fitting it it wouldn't work. Despite the company being the one that sent out either a faulty or unsuitable screen model , they only refunded the cost without the initial delivery charge. It took several more emails before they finally refunded the delivery charge as well. And I was still left put of pocket with the cost of returning the faulty screen ! I would not recommend.

Placed my order with laptopScreen.co.uk on Thursday afternoon at a busy time of year; the week before Christmas. Screen took nearly a month to arrive. I made numerous attempts to get an answer as to the delay but phone support could not help and support tickets weren't replied to. When I finally got a response I was then told part was out of stock when stock was available when I ordered. Sadly I don't think I'll be using Laptopscreen.co.uk again.

Purchased a screen on 7th December, didn't receive. Contacted 12 days later on 19th December at 5pm as that is when their chat becomes available on a Saturday - my previously sent email was not replied to and the phone number provided continued to ring off the 3 times I tried them. After providing my order number, I was informed that because the product hadn't passed quality control, the order was cancelled. I was not informed of this in anyway and was not offered an apology. I stated their customer service was very poor that I had to find this out by contacting them and was still not offered an apology. I know this company has good reviews, hence why I ordered from them, but woe betide anyone whose order can't be completed, good luck finding out!
