Ordered an oak handrail which took 2 weeks and three days to arrive, the company says it aims to make delivery in around 3 days!. I had to call at least 7 times to find out where my delivery was, got told it's not their fault it's fed ex who are to blame that the item had gone missing. The item was a 3 meter long handrail , so not that easy to go missing in my opinion. The lady I spoke to was polite and did try to help, but after having to chase my order several times , I lost all confidence . In the end it did arrive , bent !!. So I give up. Can't be bothered spending any more time complaining to them . I won't use this company ever again

Cannot rate this company highly enough. Service is second to none and nothing a problem. Ordered the wrong shelf a the speed of replacing was absolutely brilliant. Correspondence via email was so efficient. Then the product received was such a good quality and finish. Living edge shelf it looks amazing. Definitely will be ordering again. Thank you.

I initially left a one star review as I was really disappointed that the shelves had a lot of knots and a noticeable line down the middle where the two pieces of wood are joined. However now that the shelves are up im really happy with them, and the website was easy to use and customer service was great. I do still think however that the website should put better photos and make the knots and line clear to customers.

Recently bought two shelves from Pipe Dream. What a great company to deal with. They made my shelves to my size then made brackets to fit perfectly. Shelves and brackets are really solid and “ honest” to their roots and heritage. Look great on the wall in our new kitchen, Would recommend having a look at website as it is full of great ideas.

Ordered a shelf,it was a quick delivery and the shelf was very well packaged to prevent damage. The shelf itself is beautiful,it’s stained beautifully and has unique edging which makes it look more rustic and older than it is. I am using it as a window beam rather than a shelf. I love the fact you can customise its size and colour. The price was extremely reasonable too. I will 100% use this company again.

First thing.. the furniture is great. We'll made, looks indestructible and just the job. Service also 100%, even to arranging a weekend assisted delivery. This company deserves to be very successful.

Don’t bother. You pay for express delivery. When it doesn’t arrive and you call them, they tell you it’s already in transit. (It wasn’t) They use a cheap haulage company. Fortunately PayPal refunded me straight away no doubt due to the terrible reviews they have received. Please insert excuses below NOTE after response below: No mention or apology for the fact the item wasn’t posted for over 10 days - company will accept no responsibility and would rather shift the blame onto their equally poor delivery network.

My custom order did arrive a little late but customer service were very helpful and polite, they let me know it had been lost in transit, re-made and re-sent it right away with next day delivery - it turned out perfect! Wish I could add a photo because I’m chuffed with how the table looks! Thanks Pipe Dream.

Ruggedly beautiful and well made. Our curtain poles arrived today, a week since ordering, and well worth the wait. We'll be replacing others in our house with Pipe Dream Furniture poles.
