Fantastic Customer Service & Experience!!! After many an email for different quotes, (due to me changing my mind on numerous occasions to fit a new Garden Office), I ordered two custom sized shelves and the relevant brackets. Arrived in perfect condition, only for me to change my mind AGAIN. I needed to cut them in half, which would now leave four exposed ends. After contacting Pipe Dream to see if i could purchase some of the original oil to enable me to re-oil the exposed timber, Holly was happy to send a small pot free of charge. Nothing was too much trouble for Holly, (and Pipe Dream), and I can't thank them enough. Would not hesitate to use the Company again for future needs.

I've just received my table from Pipe Dream Furniture and it's absolutely beautiful. It took a wee bit longer to arrive than expected, but that didn't matter - it was well worth waiting for! It matches the website description perfectly, the standard of craftsmanship is very high and the finish is lovely. We made some bespoke CDs shelves based on ideas from the priducts advertised. The team was extremely helpul, helping us create our order, sending extra bit as required, etc. Everything arrived well packaged and very quickly. The quality of the wood and poles is excellent. I bought a curtain pole from Pipe Dream Furniture which looks absolutely stunning up. Before buying I had some queries which were answered promptly. My rail arrived a couple of days later than planned but to be expected considering I ordered a couple of days before the Easter weekend! The rail is high quality and looks amazing up (I use it as a clothes rail). If I need more furniture in the industrial style I will definitely be using Pipe Dream again! Highly recommend!! We ordered a piece of custom made waney edge timber to use as a window ledge. It arrived on time, well packaged and has made a beautiful improvement to the large window overlooking the garden. I’ve ordered scaffold board shelves from Pipe Dream probably around 6-7 times, over the last year or so, for business and home, and absolutely love their products. They’ve never let me down and usually arrive even sooner than expected. I’ve had set size shelves and custom size in oak stain and walnut, and they’ve all been perfect so far. Their prices are better than others I’ve seen, too. Wouldn’t use anywhere else!
