Rapida entrega em Portugal. Pneus ok.

Pneus bastante bons. O único inconveniente é que a oficina escolhida encontrava se fechada por motivos de falência e o pneu City não está actualizado e continua a recomendar.

O site é muito intuitivo, fácil de fazer a escolha certa e o processo de compra também é fácil. O minha única proposta de melhoria seria o acompanhamento de entrega que devia de avisar quando os pneus fossem entregues ao centro de montagem.

Fraude pura.. além da decepção na compra pois o pedido nunca chegou, tive q cancelar o cartão da compra gerando um grande constrangimento. Que horror..

Até agora tem sido uma experiência agradável e sem problemas, com bons preços.

On the 09/Jun/2020, I ordered and payed for 2 x Michelin Pilot Sport 4 225/40 ZR18 92Y, after a few days I received an email stating that they are out of stock and that I could choose between these two tyres Nexen N 8000 225/40 ZR18 92Y XL (D-112634) Gislaved Ultra Speed 2 225/40 R18 92Y XL (R-387185) I only use premium brands because of safety reasons and these brands I don’t even know and are much lower quality than the tyres I bought, I have sent emails and no one answers me back, after talking to an assistant she told me to write this email to try resolve this problem. I went on the website and it’s possible to buy the tyres and it doesn’t say out of stock, It is not correct to give me alternative choices based on the price I payed instead of the quality of tyre I ordered. I got an email from them now stating that if I want the tyres I must pay for the price they are now and it’s clearly not a stock problem like the previously mentioned. I will never buy anything from them and I highly recommend avoiding such a unprofessional company.

Entrega muito rápida e pneus mesmo novos. Recomendo.
