Excellent friendly helpful service.

I was having some difficulty finding breaks on the dates I wanted, but one phone call to the helpline and I was called back with several options.The customer service I received was second to none!

Disappointed with latest experience when Easy Breaks don't seem to want to know about a complaint acknowledged by the hotel. Shame as used them many times and have never had a problem.

Was quoted a price for our 58 the wedding anniversary weekend in aberfoyal which we accepted and paid for 2 weeks before we were due to go, only to be telephoned night before to be told a mistake had been made so the price was DOUBLED, we had been quoted a single price, since I had informed them it was our anniversary, that would have been awkward!!!?
