Great hotel and good value for money

There was no problem booking this break online and the price was right. We have stayed in this hotel before and thoroughly enjoyed it and are looking forward to this next stay here

Oban break

Excellent deal from Easybreaks at Regent Hotel in Oban. All booked very easily online and no problems on arrival, save slight hiccup by hotel staff! Break very nice although hotel is slightly worse for wear in some rooms.

2nd Easy Breaks booking

The girl that I booked my 'break' with was really helpful and patient. We are staying at Stonefield Castle for 2 nights in May and having the Wine & Dine Offer. This is the 2nd time I have used Easy Breaks and they are good value.

Several communication issues.

the on line chat system did not work so contacted them by phone to enquire whether the rooms at Loch Long hotel were loch view - the price the staff member quoted was different to the on line price. She contacted hotel and said she would ring me back. three hours later she rang back and during conversation I realised that she was talking about Loch Fyne hotel in Inverary and not Loch Long in Arrochar! Fortunatly realised this otherwise wrong hotel would have been booked. She then had to contact correct hotel and then rang me back. Booked over phone - when confirmation arrived then E mailed them to confirm that the upper room had been booked and not the ground floor as per conversation. e mail reply came quickly.
