Not working

I receiver all in good order. But The MyHixel device is not charging. I did exactly that was written in the manual. No light, no movement, just nothing. I wore an email about this and after eight days I sill havent't received an answer or solution.

I placed my ordering early December

I placed my ordering early December. Two separate items were ordered. At the time, there was no mention of the fact that they were not in stock and ready to ship. Non the less, my card was charged immediately. I was told I would be notified when the order shipped. I received a partial shipment in early January and then was notified that the rest of the order was still unavailable but a substitute item would be sent. I am still awaiting that shipment.

The app still down. Cannot getting start or activate at all

When I’m writing this review, the app still down. It’s been 2 days until now. I can’t get any start or activate the program at all. Have you even look at your app rating in AppStore or Google Play and wonder why it has a low rating??? Guys!! If you wanna have a great business specially as a tech medical company please make sure someone have available during the weekend in case of server or the app problem so they can’t fix it immediately. Your product rely on the app or software. Without it, it’s useless, like an overprice Fleshlight. Please make what the costumer gets as what they paid for. Thank you

Good Rings
