I recently made a purchase of the Control product on the website, and I must say that it arrived in perfect condition.I wasn't unsure about what model to pick, but I decided to buy the v2 version because it included bluetooth. I found MYHIXEL on Kickstarter, I pledged their Ring campaign and I'd like to say that even if they're incurring in some delays they've being transparent with their communications. Besides this, supporting these kind of campaigns is always risky, so I'm surprised they're getting bad reviews from backers. In short, I trust in this company and I consider they're professional, their products are good quality and I'm happy with Control and very looking forward to receiving the Ring soon.

Absolutely terrible product and terrible customer service. The product will not go into pairing mode in order to connect to Bluetooth. I have reached out to Support and customer service many times with no response. I would stay far away from spending your money on this product.

Just too much going on with the set-up and programing

Great product and experience. The device is super realistic. I tried others before and this is the BEST. It took me a while to get familiarized with the app but after a couple of tries it's easy to follow it and I've learnt how to last longer and better know my body.

There are no any tutorials for learning how should use this

Poor. Paid nearly £100 for items which have not yet arrived 2 months after my order. Customer Service are not responsive.
