I am very disappointed. I had been a regular customer until now. To make a long story short, I’ve had to contact them 5 times via email these past 3 months due to not receiving my orders. Not even getting an update. Once, more than 3 weeks had gone by with no update. In another two occasion, 4 weeks had gone by when I finally contacted them to find out what was happening. Every time I got a different reason. I’m sorry to say this has been my experience. I hadn’t wanted to give them a review due to this, but I think I have been understanding and patient until now.
