I am very impressed with the customer service at Finlandia. One of my items was out of stock and they were prompt to inform me of the delay in re-stocking and delivery. I took one star off because the out of stock item was not identified as such on the website. It would have been easier if I had known it was out of stock when I was making my purchase.

I've been shopping at Finlandia Pharmacy since the 1980's and will continue to shop online and refer friends even thought I live on Vancouver Island. There is nowhere/no one else who can touch their expertise. I am grateful you are still here. Thank you! Janice RMT
Attendant in a rush
Went to pick up my online order this afternoon. It looks like the attendant who helped me was in a rush. Asked her to please check if a refund for one of the items was done and she wasn’t sure how to confirm. Just told me to check my credit card transactions. Didn’t see the extra mile service I usually experience every time I visit Finlandia. Online service was great!

Online conundrum
I purchased two products online. I paid for them and a few days later (it was the long weekend so I understand ;) I received a message that you don't have them in stock ... Best practice would have been to contact me and ask what I would like to have happen next, either credit my Visa or wait. Instead I'm told, with an apology - which I accept, that it will take 1-2 weeks for my order. One week and counting. To this revue: I wouldn't have said anything but now you ask me to rate the products ... ?! Seems to me there is a bit too much automation going without anyone checking. Not impressed.
