Unfortunately very difficult to get through in the online phone. No one answers need for people. Online has not been updated don’t show my products I require! Call the store is a hit and miss. Like the convenience of being able to order Biomed Gastroease online n shipped to USA especially got free postage last year. Could not ordered it online from you this time but your staff called back n took order on phone. However had to pay $10 for postage n the 4 bottles of Gastroease received had same expiry date as those ordered from u last year. In short at least 2 bottles would expire before the can be consumed. Not good!

Asides from only having 1 in stock they refunded me right away with an apology and I received the 1 item well wrapped and in a timely manner.

Order came quickly and in good shape. Customer service was very helpful in problem solving for me; polite, professional, offered options. Love the opportunities for deals and discounts!
