I placed the order online. The site is easy to navigate, easy to read etc. Offers for discounts are subtle. I have used them for walk in orders for years but my health has declined. The online system is super convenient and the goods arrived in 3 days through the postal system. No driving or parking required, that's what we are looking for these days. Simplicity!!

The customer service was efficient and effective. After I received my email notification, I could go and pick up within a few days when I had the time. I mentioned my order # to the customer service and they quickly provided me with my purchase.

I made a purchase online. There was a slight miscommunication and the wrong jar of mushrooms were shipped. I received the shipment in 1 business day and called to say they were the wrong mushrooms. A new shipment went out the same day with the right order and received the new shipment in 2 days with a return postage attached to send other mushrooms back. Have to say- Awesome service!! Thankyou

Out of stock several things that were listed as available, no notice when they might be in stock, took longer for shipping than the last time.
What has happened to Finlandia?
The three stars is for finally getting the products to me but the delivery was slow and trying to order what I needed was terribly frustrating. Months in fact. The change in staff and shortage in new staff is likely the reason. I even had to file a complaint with the store manager just to get the products on the shelf in larger quantities capsule wise. You really must work on hiring more staff to serve customers that are better suited to health product customer service and sales. Should these issues at your store continue I will find another store for nutraceutical purchases. You use to have qualified staff. It’s unfortunate that Canadas health services are so badly damaged and broken since Sars-Cov2 gain of function virus was designed and harmed so many in Canada and worldwide with forced experimental injectables being falsely called vaccines. The politics of Covid19 must be stopped worldwide or we will all end up with limited products and services long term.
