I was using this firm to get my divorce. Communication - very poor Lack of professionalism - I have had to correct simple errors on paperwork. They are clearly using generic letters, even to the extent of forgetting to change the name to mine. Promising services and not delivering. In short, a no contest divorce, no children and assets split equally and it has already taken 5 months! But they are really efficient when it comes to asking for payment. NB - Now, as I have written that I am not satisfied with their service, they are refusing to act for me. I would not recommend their services. Update February 2020: After raising a complaint they gave me a refund but did not tell me to explain to the court I had to expunge them from the proceedings. And they STILL cannot spell my name correctly! Perhaps they are doing it deliberately. Still would not recommend them.
