The product I ordered was shipped quickly and received it great condition.

Enjoyed using TomToc but had some issues with their craftsmanship. Have tried their 40-liter backpack which ripped internally after using for a year. Also ordered the 26-liter bag and liked the aesthetics and fabrics used. But again, the stitching was done poorly leading to faulty crease and ruffles. The warranty service took a while to respond but they did eventually reply. They are strict about resolving only if you’d purchased through a “verified channel”. Best you purchase directly from their website.

Took a lot long to ship than expected...but we're only talking 10 days. Other than that, just fine.

Tomtoc makes really great products that have a lot of value, considering the price tag. The designs are nice and smart, the materials are of high quality and ever singe product I won from them still looks brand new. Definitely recommended, do check their stuff out.
