Ferzana She is The Absolute Best. She is patient, kind, very understanding,soft spoken, strict and wouldn't stop short of excellent in all the teachings. Its been lovely knowing her and learning under her tutelage, somehow didn't want the lessons to end but today 23/10/2023 I passed my driving test on my first attempt (thanks to her❤️💐) with just one minor fault. God be praised

Passed my driving test today. So happy Habir is a nice instructor very patient and kind he will always take his time to explain anything and will always correct you if you do anything wrong. Terrible experience with one of their drivers. The instructor was incredibly impatient, erratic and rude. A man with that temperament should not be in a profession such as teaching. The lack of professionalism this company and instructor is baffling, I was contacted with one of their costumer service agents and tried to apologise and make amends by offering a free lesson with another instructor which never happened and never contacted me again. I’ve raised a formal complain with the DVLA about the incident with the instructor. Expanding on my review with for the response by the director, I would just like to highlight the poor costumer service, lack of accountability by the company and the their interest just on the “good reviews”. I had a horrible experience with the instructor. Muazzam taught me for the Derby Alvaston test route, he made it very easy to learn manoeuvres and passed with only one minor. Would definitely recommend if you can book some time with him.
