I used the service for the second time, and everything went smoothly. The pickup driver was helpful, and our requests regarding the pickup time were accommodated. Unfortunately, we couldn't take advantage of the free pickup and had to pay because we weren't ready with our packing on time and had to postpone the pickup to the next day. One area for improvement is the user login interface, which is not very intuitive or convenient and is only available in Dutch.

Boxie24 Storage is so professional. From the price, to service to quick response on mail and on phone calls, you feel heard. We truly appreciate their service, and will for sure use them again.

I had an excellent experience with Boxie 24! The pricing was reasonable, and the service was outstanding. In particular, Mr. Adam, who helped me over the phone, was extremely polite and helpful. He ensured that everything from booking to collecting my belongings from my apartment went seamlessly. I will certainly be using Boxie again in the future.

The free pickup service from ground floor is great! The drivers are very nice, friendly and the whole process of loading my stuff into the car was relatively quick. The only thing was that I was told the timeslot when the pickup would arrive would be morning 9-11:00 but they only arrived at 13:00 which was a bit misleading as I was waiting the entire morning and could not plan anything. Besides that, I was told the delivery would call 30 min prior to arrival/I will receive a message when they are on the way but I only received a call when they were in front of my house. I am still happy with the service and its great that I received a message when my items were put into storage.
