Purchased a replacement Pyronix Enforcer alarm system which arrived on specified day. Alarm panel had a faulty WiFi card and was exchanged without any issues. The technical support was great and helped me diagnose an issue with a wired PIR. I couldn't ask for a better service especially given that we were in a lockdown. Perfect!

Excellent service again. I submitted my advice request to Connectec's web site, and received the hoped-for answers within two days: it concerned the installation of a TV satellite dish. I am pleased with the prices they charged, though a smaller quantity of cabling would have been preferred. A quick delivery was forecast, and it has just arrived safely on time, brought to my door.
