Before purchase I needed to contact the company to check I was buying the correct alarm siren batteries. The advice was friendly and accurate. Post purchase I had to phone the company to advise one of the siren batteries was missing. I had ordered the items, my husband unpacked. They explained they had a camera system in place and would check the footage. They sent me footage of the parcel being packed and Paul rang me to ask me to please check again that I had not received it. My husband insisted there was only one but after checking the bin found he had inadvertently thrown one battery away with the packaging! I apologised of course. They dealt with this mistake of ours in a very friendly and helpful way. Would definitely use them again.

Needed new batteries for wireless alarm sensors, did a search and Connectec had the batteries at a very good price. Ordered with next day delivery and they arrived on time. Even my local alarm shop could not supply at the price or delivery that Connectec provided.
