I understand supply issues. I ordered a product and waited for shipment information. After a week I called CS. I was told you were out and should have an order shortly. That it would be a bit because they had to put it on or take it off reels and should be within 2 weeks. I called a week and had later and was told it would be another 2 weeks. This is now affecting my project completion.

When I submitted my PO by email. Details (shipping dates) of my order were not correctly inputted.

Placed order on line. Items shipped very quickly. However, did not get what I ordered. I called Customer Service and got a REAL person. Told him the issue. He sent the correct items out the same day. They arrived and were 100% correct. I am very happy with Del City and will purchase again from them.

Item number 7700050 was not as described. I recieved a mini two position rocker switch instead of a regular size three position rocker switch.
