I had a deadline to meet and del city was unable to ship in 1 day as their site states. I communicated with del city and they were courteous and polite but after 3 days small order of wire and connectors had not shipped so I cancelled order

The prices were very fair and the quality of the battery cables was great. Shipping seemed to take a little longer than expected but it wasn't a factor in the end

The parts ordered said in stock I called the day they were due to arrive only to find out they hadnt even shipped after 4 days. The gentleman I spoke with had to upgrade it to overnight shipping because the parts would not be here in time. Thanksfully the shipping was taken care of.

Your accounting department was a mess. They kept demanding a W-9 from me as a customer. No consoling or guiding helped my first transaction, which your team canceled. I told them that I pay taxes on my purchases. Person had a heavy Asian accent. Either thick as a brick with thinking or lacked training by my measure. A few days later I made a second attempt on the purchase of the same Items. This was more fruitful, but still required too much prompting by me to get the order placed.
