Targeting elderly, downgrading service, no response to complaints

UPDATE: still no refund despite company promising one 5 months ago (a year after Dad's fall) and claiming to have sent it. I've triple checked the bank details I sent. Trading Standards are involved. Bulldog scammed my then 87 yr old dad into renewing for 5yrs, a year in advance, then changed terms of service (breaking contract). He fell and pressed his alarm, but his phone (which he couldn't reach) rang instead of operative speaking through the speaker in the hall as previously. On floor for 30min+ in January before they sent a cryptic text to contact on list who thankfully came to investigate. I have phoned and emailed repeatedly seeking an apology and refund, no response, registered letter just vanished into the ether. CROOKS - AVOID!

Incredible alarm system

Incredible alarm system. Every time there’s a problem someone comes out to sort it. People on the phones are very nice and friendly too.

Appallingly poor customer service, scamming people

Appallingly poor customer services. Sells vehicle trackers that no vehicle security specialist (out of dozens I called) will install. Customer service rarely answers the phone or responds to email and when the do they cannot provide any recommendations of vendors to install the device. Total rip off, useless £340 product, zero customer service. I would give zero stars if I could

Scum company

Please, please stay away from this company. They recently sold a maintenance contract to my best friend who was dying of cancer. The sales rep (slug) knew full well that he only had a matter of days left but despite this they sold him a three year contract for nearly £3000. We, like others, have been in contact with them with promises of refunds, you’ve guessed it - nothing. We even spoke to the MD who was “appalled” at the actions of his rep and promised to refund the money. Needless to say, nothing. Just how low some companies will stoop is beyond me. These people are the scum of the earth and should be sent to hell for their actions. PLEASE keep well away from these scum.

I have been with this company for probably 5yrs now. The last time I had a call from them was a few months into lockdown to renew my contract. After a hard sell of why I need to renew, I agreed and was told that no payment would be taken until after lockdown. I informed them that there was an error showing on my unit but was told it was fine and still working. Now I don't use the system as sometimes the alarm works and other times it doesn't. I want to cancel but am worried that they will bill me for the lockdown years.
