I ordered and paid for three eyeglasses but received just one!;When I contacted Muukal, I received a response from Taylor, stating that he wanted to make sure that what I ordered is the right one. He also claims that my previous order was and error on my part and Muukal did not make the mistake. Mind you, I ordered photochromic lenses but received clear lenses. My current order is of a different prescription and I even confirmed it with the same agent, Taylor, that it is correct. Unbelievable and frustrating to deal with not only rude customer service agent but also arrogant, and condescending to think that he knows that this Taylor person, knows better than what the customer ordered and paid for. Here's my advice: Do NOT purchase from Muukal if you're expecting quality eyeglasses, good customer service and you will be disappointed bigly! Buy somewhere else like ZEELOOL.

Love my glasses. I got three pairs of well made glasses (minor fitting adjustments) for the cost of what one pair would be over the counter or for just new lenses from my Optomitrist. Muukal for the win!

I was wanting a variety of frames, and decided to go for the 3 pair for $119.00 deal. For the most part, I am pleased with all 3 sets. The frames are good quality and I can see my computer screen clearly. I ordered all 3 sets with all the bells and whistles: Premium Progressive, Ultra-thin Lens, Ultimate coating and Blue Blocking. I have been wearing glasses since I was 5 years old, so I know how glasses should work. If you are ordering progressive lenses, there are a couple of things to be aware of. They only use 1 PD for distance and will not make progressive lenses with a Near PD. That being said, I cannot read small print thru the lower portion of my glasses, as it is blurry. The other issue you may encounter, is that you may only be able to see clearly thru the upper portion of your glasses - if you are looking straight ahead. If you shift your eyes to read something it may be blurry (fish bowl effect) – you have to turn your head so you are looking thru the center of your lenses at all times. I also noticed this when driving – I have to turn my head completely to see if any cars are coming. If I only shift my eyes thru the lenses my vision is blurred. If you are expecting the same quality as you would get thru your regular eye Doctor (at a MUCH higher price), you may be disappointed. At $40.00 a pair - I am ok with this, as I really just wanted to have a variety of frames to wear.

I am requesting new lenses for one set frames (ordered two with different colour) one set of lenses are problematic and blurry, the other are good. If this is corrected by receiving correctec lenses, my rating will be much higher.
