The glasses are perfect and the price is right

Ordered 2 pairs of glasses for $100,received only 1 pair which had incorrect prescription.Refunded only $50.Buyer beware.Then they lied after this review and said they refunded me the full amount.Not to be trusted!

Neither one of my glasses (2) had the correct prescription on them. Very disappointing.

I love all the styles you have and getting three pairs for such a good price. Took quite a long time to come but could have been because of the mail strike.

The glasses are pretty good. A bit flimsy but ok. The clip on sunglasses are unwearable however. Very blurry. But the plain glasses are ok.

The frames are very nice. I ordered three pairs two pairs for my daughter just single prescription lenses and mine were Progressive but I can't wear my Progressive ones as the prescription is not working for me there are blurry sides so when I turn my head it feels like I'm getting sick. And I have many pairs of progressive glasses I've gotten from other places so I not know it's not just getting used to Progressive. The whole prescription just seems wrong. I've tried several times to wear them and I can't. But my daughter's glasses are great.

Frames are beautiful but lenses are only good for looking straight ahead. As soon as I try to look sideways everything gets cloudy and out of focus. I bought from another company after and haven't experienced this problem.

In Jan I placed an order for two bifocals and one single vision for my computer. Accidentally put incorrect PD. (My fault.) One of the bifocals was crooked, the other a little bit off but wearable. Contacted them with pictures and was given a partial refund. The Optometrist ALWAYS does my bifocal a bit strong, so per him I cut back on that .25 and reordered the same three pairs. (Because 3 for $119 was a GREAT offer!) In the meantime I ordered 3 pairs of progressives as a gift for my friend who couldn't afford new glasses. Hers were absolutely fine. My husband ordered two pairs of single visions and they are fine, too. BUT when I received my new order, BOTH bifocals were WAY off. Not only slanted but the PD must be off or the RX because I CANNOT see out of either. The single visions are fine. SO... now I've sent photos and a copy of the original RX (per their request) but now they demand photos of me wearing glasses!!!! Why?? I get the feeling that they are giving me the run-around. It's obvious that they don't understand how to make bifocals and I've read MANY negative reviews on other platforms that say the same thing. We'll see what happens. ## update. Now you've offered me $40 for both defective bifocals. And And I have explained in previous emails that the Doctor had me cut back in the strength of the A.D.D bifocal and also that I had incorrectly put the wrong PD on the first order.And so, yes, I made 2 orders, but yes, I paid for them out of my own pocket. And $40 is not enough for 2 pairs. You also said I'd only get half $ for my order and would have to pay $40+ to return them to China!!?? And this is FOUR orders my household has placed in the last month! ***update as of 2/21/25. Filed dispute for $80 with Paypal (form of payment) and Muukal responded that I would have to return both defective pairs to address in China AT MY EXPENSE. (some $60+) and then they'd refund my $80. So... Muukal's "100% satisfaction guarantee" isn't worth anything. If I don't agree to return and send proof to Paypal of such, Paypal will close the dispute. So here I am with 2 more pairs of incorrectly made glasses and I'm out $119.
