Wrong prescription sent and won’t honor return policy

I ordered 5 pairs with the same prescription. They arrived with the wrong prescription. I contacted customer service text line. They told me to prove it (!) so I took them to my optometrist who marked the lenses showing PD was 5mm off. I sent the proof and they said they don’t trust the optometrist! I reached out by email. No response. I reached out through social media and they blocked me! I now have 5 pairs of completely unusable glasses. Buyer beware. I’m seeking refund from PayPal now but I’d rather have the glasses I ordered. EDIT: Muukal has given a dishonest reply. My PD last year was 55. My PD this year is 55.5. Half a millimeter different due to being measure by a machine. The glasses they sent this year have a PD of 60! I ORDERED 55.5 AND THEY SENT 60! One pair was correct because they were a different prescription for computer work only.

This didn't work for me

None of these glasses are ground correctly for me to read with them. I'm very disappointed. I have other glasses with the same prescription that I got from the eye doctor that work perfectly.

I have purchased many pairs of glasses from Muukal Optical, and I have never been disappointed. I purchase progressive lenses ,and there has never been a problem. Thank you so much.

The glasses were fantastic

The glasses were fantastic, the price was fantastic and the basic shipping with no extra charge took 11 days. I orderd glasses from 3 other companies in the past and it normally took about 2 months for delivery one company took 3 months. I recomended Muukal to many friends and family They are great

Incorrect glasses. Seller won't respond.

I ordered two pairs of glasses using a prescription I received the day before the order. They are unusable. Everything is blurry and makes me sick. I contacted customer service, but no one responded

Fast delivery all items were packaged…

Fast delivery all items were packaged wonderfully and exactly what I ordered. The only thing I have to do is have them all adjusted to sit properly on my face but I expected to need that done.

One pair of my glasses has broken

One pair of my glasses has broken, and the sunglasses I don't think the Rx is correct. What can we do about the broken pair??
