I have yet to see any Muukal glasses, so my comments are based on service. They sell internationally and I typed my address perfectly: for Australia. I’ve lived in the US and knew that addresses are written as: 57 Smith Street, Apartment 9. Australia uses the much more efficient system of 9/57 Smith Street. I typed my address in perfectly using auto insert. BUT some narrow-minded person changed my address to 957 Smith Street. So much for being an international company. THEN they used the cheapest freight company, who worked out that address did not exist and then they .... did nothing. No effort to contact me and find the error. That was a week ago, 2 promises to deliver. No delivery. Now not answering messages. Here is the real point. Muukal answers within 12 hours? LOL Not once. And the response was useless and insulting, saying the logistics is not good in Australia. (Untrue - even the post office can get me a parcel in 2 days) Muukal did nothing, not contacted the freight company, not responded, not keep me informed. Just some enthusiastic but completely valueless assurances. I replied 3 times in 3 days. Nothing but silence, which only inspires me to shout it from the rooftops MUUKAL - DELIVERS NEITHER GLASSES NOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Order number 22412436768 Nota bene. No response for 3 days from customer service. But on trustpilot 2 hours PPS Look at the latest response. It's typical of the illogical nonsense replies. NO I'm not on the USA. I have lived in the USA. Past tense. I put in the address in the correct Australian way, as that's the address the local delivery guy would understand. PPPS You can't contact my email? BS. I have today had 3 emails and responded to Hygee each time. In the last email Hygee gets angry accusing me of " wasting time" and to clarify if this is a prescription or shipping problem. Very clearly this is a shipping problem. My first sentence says that I have never seen any Muukal glasses. So how could this possibly be a prescription issue? I write at length about address format and delivery. So how is this not clearly a shipping issue? Dear reader, who do you think is wasting time? My wife just suggested I hit my head with a rock. It would be less painful than dealing with Muukal.

Update: Here's my order # 22501327189 It seems I need to contact you here because youre not answering my emails for a return request. You say youll get back to customers with a reply in 12 hours. Its been 36, not even a auto reply? Saying well get back to you..nothing. but I can get your attention here? Ordered 3 pairs of glasses, All are of poor quality. Maybe they're ok for single vision..not good with progresive lenses? I contacted the service department and haven't heard back? I hope I don't need to get my visa involved for a refund.

I've bought several pairs of glasses from muukaloptical over the last 3 years, prescriptions have been spot on, service is promp, receive them quite quickly. I love the choice of frames, it's great to be able to have funky styles for a change. The specials are great too, I have saved a lot of money

Glasses came promptly and my prescription is perfect. Glasses are inexpensive and decent quality. I'm happy.
