I have a tricky prescription and high sphere. I tried another sight and they only went to 5. My sphere is 6.5. Muukal was able to do this number and more. My script came back perfect. This is also my first time getting transition lenses. Idk dow I lived without them.

Love all the Endless choices! So affordable! I like that the progressive lenses are reasonably priced along with the photogrey darkening in the sun. Like 2 glasses in 1. Good turn around time. Quality glasses! Will buy more.

The ordering process was easy to use. I ordered 2 pair this time #6 or 7 from muukal altogether. All well made and scripts correct with bifocals and progressive.

Quick and accurate service!

Every thing about the process was 5star, with one exception. The website was easy to use, the price was great, customer service was top-notch (one of the frames I ordered was out of stock, they contacted me by email, each of my replies had a quick response working out the issue. The only issue I had during the entire process was shipping time, guess it takes a while to get here from overseas. Hmmmmmm!!

I ordered and received 6 pairs of glasses. The frames are nice and the prescription was accurate. I ordered 1.74 ultra-high index lenses on all of them. The only problem I had was with one pair of glasses; the lenses were very thick. Just one pair. So I contacted the company. The customer service rep rudely informed me that the reason my lenses were thick was because they were VERY LARGE. (This was on a frame that was listed as XS on their web site.) Because my other glasses had similar or even larger lenses, I asked for clarification, which resulted in the representative becoming even more insulting and condescending. After several increasingly disdainful emails, the representative said I could either order glasses with smaller lenses or take a $50 refund. I took the refund rather try to deal with them further. I think this was probably a simple manufacturing error that could have been easily resolved rather than antagonizing me to write this review. It is truly a shame because I like their glasses. Edit: I took the glasses to an optician and verified that they are not high index 1.74 lenses. If the company sends me glasses with the lenses I ordered, I will send these glasses back and pay their refund back to them.

Ordered 3 pair of glasses for just over $100 after trying them on virtually. They came quickly. Loved two, one pair was pretty cheaply made and the frame a bit small for my face. Prescription was spot on. I’d definitely order again. Overall, good experience.
