Still waiting for my refund that I mailed back to China in June 2024. Shipping cost was 19 dollars and it is 2025 and still no refund. I ordered 3 pairs and they told me that my prescription doesn't fit the style fame that I ordered but they sent me a pair to see if I like them. It was horrible I couldn't see out of them so I sent them back and still no refund

Unfortunately only one out of my 3 pair are useable, the other 2 pair are not correct for my eyes. I love the frames and may try to get the correct prescriptions inserted into the frames so that I can use them as they are great. My prescription is multifocal.

The style of the glasses are as I expected. The transition I chose were the super dark transition and they ARE super dark, I love it!

Two pair are far larger than the stated measurements would indicate. You don't make it clear how or where to return them, and when I asked, you didn't answer the question.
