I had purchased 3 pairs of sunglasses and they kept breaking in same place cu, of soft case in my purse. The 1st time was actually while cleaning lenses. But 1st ones, I just purchased a new pair. The second one they gave me a $30 coupon. The 3rd time they completely replace them, no arguments, nothing! And they not only got them to me super fast, but, they sent them in a herd case like I requested. Excellent customer service. I've also purchased regular glasses, and they're all so beautiful!! They offer such a wide variety of colors, shapes and sizes!!!

This is my second year ordering from them last year I ordered only 3 pairs for their deal... this year my script changed and I ordered 3 new pairs all stunning I have an issue with my sylvia pair as they arrived missing a small gem..... they are giving me a coupon for my next order my attitude set is bent...I am awaiting to see how they will handle it! I am sure they will make it right the prescription seems amazing!! Muukal is my favorite eye glass place... the inventory is amazing products are top notch shipping is fast!!! Poor quality, inconsistent return policy wording on two locations in the website
I ordered two pairs of progressive glasses from Muukal during a buy one, get one free promotion. Upon receiving them, I realized I could not wear either pair of glasses. The quality was significantly lower compared to another pair with the same prescription. The long-distance portion was fuzzy, and the mid-range portion was unusable, making the glasses "throw away" quality. Muukal's website claims a "100% Money Back Guarantee, no reason for return," but their "Return and Refund" policy states only a 50% refund unless there's a manufacturing error. Believing my case qualified, I contacted the company. They asked if both pairs had issues and requested pictures of me wearing the glasses. They responded: "Hi, thanks for your feedback, Camden is a little big, but Vince looks fine," and offered to remake the glasses if I chose a smaller frame for less than $21. Since by then, I did not believe the company would manufacture progressive glasses correctly (I read some poor reviews, which worried me), I asked for a refund instead. They offered: "Hello, we can directly refund you $80, and you don't have to return the original glasses, okay?" I was confused since I paid $157.36, not including shipping. They explained: "It's not that a correct prescription can guarantee a 100% fit... We did make the glasses according to your prescription. If you think this is a manufacturing mistake, we can remake one of the glasses and provide the test report... Or we can refund you up to $95 directly... If you still find it unacceptable, you can return our glasses, okay?" I asked them once again why they had offered $80, and then $95, for glasses that cost me $157.36. They did not answer my question. Instead, they provided an address in China for returns and added: “Please note that returned packages require payment of shipping and customs duties!!!!” At that point, I gave up. I accepted $95 and bought new glasses locally. Moral of the story: 1. You are taking a risk with Muukal, especially if you order progressive lenses (which require a good fit). 2. Read all the small print carefully. The return policy wording differs on the front page and under Returns and Refunds. 3. If you need to return the glasses, you will need to ship them to China, pay shipping and customs duties, and rely on the company's assessment of a manufacturing defect. I recommend looking for a reputable company. I had positive experiences with Eyebuydirect, who promptly sent a new pair without hassle. I will never purchase from Muukal again. If this were an American company, I would complain to the FTC about the inconsistent return policy wording. I hope my experience helps someone else.

Just got my second set of eye glasses. They are great. I Iove the quality, and they fit just right. Due to holiday time it did take a while to arrive, and I was not able to track it. But customer service helped me with that. Thank you for that. So easy to order, and I just love my new glasses.
Comparable glasses for a fraction of the price!
My glasses usually run $$$ and I work in childcare so they get beat up quickly. After the second pair of high dollar glasses were broken I decided to try here and I'm pleasantly surprised. I was able to get 2 pairs of glasses for less than 1 at the eye doctor. My prescription is correct for both pair and there appear to be no difference in quality. If they get damaged I'm out much less AND I have a second pair so no taping them up to get through the day! I will more than likely be getting a few more as I wear them everyday and can afford to switch them out when purchasing here!
