I used the live chat feature before I ordered two podiums and the customer service was excellent. They got here quickly and were packaged SUPER well double boxed with lots of bubble wrap. The podiums are high-quality and look great. I highly recommend Displays2go!

Straight forward service and on time delivery.

Almost thought a piece was missing! After checking the product, there were some screws attached to the product itself instead of being in a bag like I am used too. Silly me. Other than that, we produced so far holds up great and the boxes are durable to keep the product safe.

My item was backordered for a few months but Displays2go was prompt to let me know when it was back in stock. The initial shipment was missing a part but Customer Services was courteous and efficient and got my part shipped the day I called. Overall it was a good experience.

The case is great. We got it quickly and it was very well packaged. The shelves are thick glass and strong. I like how they are held up - the shelves don't rattle around at all. I do wish the lights were brighter - in a house they would be okay but I'm using this in a retail store so it's a little dim. We are using the case on the floor, not hung on the wall. My husband made a stand for it (about 3" tall) and has 3D printed covers for the holes above the lights. Now I wish I could find the keys for the lock!!!!!
