The kiosks look really nice

The kiosks look really nice. The structure needs to be a little stronger. We had to shore up some of the shelves and connections with "L" brackets. We are only a few weeks into the use of them, hopefully the hold up for the long term.

Frustrating

ordered Whiteboards several weeks ago. Had to call to check status only to find out they were damaged in transit and nobody reached out to us. Now we are told we have to reorder and they don't know when we will receive what we paid for several weeks ago.

I placed an order for a deck heater and was not told until I reached out to Displays2go, almost a month after ordering it to inquire about the order since I had not received the item, that it was no longer in stock. I understand that stock changes, but I should have been notified by the company.

Well they responded pretty quickly to a bad review and have refunded the full order and left the frame with us. Bravo for a quick response and I hope a better experience for all customers in the future. Thank you! Original comments were: This place is terrible. We order tons of stuff online but have never felt this badly treated. My wife ordered a $20 frame and accidentally ordered the wrong color. We paid $9 shipping originally and they wanted $15 for shipping to return the item. If we had them send the right color we would pay $9 shipping again. The worst shipping and return policy I have ever seen. My wife said no thanks. Never again! Make sure you love what you order.
